VW Golf speakers humming

Hello, I have an intermittent humming issue when my radio is on. There is a background humming on the speakers. When I open the driver's side or passenger's side front doors the humming will stop. But the humming will resume once I close the door, and the car interior light will remain on unless I manually turn it off.

I would have thought it was a loose speaker wiring connection, except that it is intermittent, and the doors and interior light are confounding.

Any advice would be helpful

1) Visual inspect the wiring from the body of car to the car door.
The opening and closing of door, could of damaged wires.
