Have a 1996 dodge truck 2 wheel drive with rear only abs . Ground the abs pin under dash looks like code 13 ecm pll failure , Light blinked once then three quick blinks i guess that a code 13 ? abs Module under dash board ? Owner said the brake pedal felt kind of soft . I know the older ford trucks would get the soft brake pedal and anti lock valve on the frame would be leaking pressure . Check all wiring fuses , cleared the codes keeps showing up ... :screwy: like Trying to get codes out of a rock ! Snap on scanner will nt work on this baby ! Thanks For any help !!!!!!!!

You may need an ABS compatable scan tool.

My Innova 3160 is supposed to read ABS but I haven't had an ABS light to read yet., here's one.
