Anyone know what the standard torque value should be when torquing wheel lugnuts on 2nd generation Toyota 4-Runners (1990-95) and 5th generation Toyota pickups (1989-95)? also since I will be using a 12" (I think) extension bar on my 1/2" drive torque wrench would that affect values?, thanks.

76 ft-lbs

No, an extension to the socket which displaces the wrench from the socket without changing the lever arm does not change the torque value. A crow's foot, which will change the lever arm if in-line with the torque wrench shaft, will change the torque to dial in to the wrench. To maintain the correct dial-in with a crow's foot, the crow's foot has to be used so that it is perpendicular to the torque wrench shaft, thus not changing the lever arm.
