Valve Cover Nut Broke. Help Me...

Hi there, can anyone tell me the name of the part directly under the valve cover? I was tightening a bolt onto the valve cover and BROKE it. NOt the nut but the bolt holding the above mentioned part and the valve cover together. CAN THIS PROBLEM BE RECTIFIED CHEAPLY? I dont want to buy an all new part. The valve cover is only secured on 3 sides out of 4 and i dont think this is good. ANd is there any way of removing the cruise control? THANKS ALL.

looks like you need #18 or #19 (valve cover bolt/stud) and #21 if the stud broke inside the nut. next time use a 1/4" drive ratchet anddont tighten them that much, they snan pretty easy huh?
