Rotating Engine for service access

Ok, the instructions for rotating the Engine are listed below:

Remove the throttle body air inlet duct.
Set the park brake.
Shift the transaxle into Neutral.
Remove the engine mount strut bolts. Swing the engine mount struts aside.

My question is: It says swing engine mount struts aside. Does that mean that they rotate upward. In the image do I remove the bolt in the yellow circle then swing the horse shoe (blue) upward?

Also, is there anything else that I should remove other than the air duct, Are the throttle cables OK?

Pull the blue bolt, then off the bottom of the picture, pull the 4 bolts out and remove the whole assembly, do that for both sides. Use a ratchet strap from one of the loops on the front of the motor to the bottom on the cradle, use the ratchet to pull the motor forward.

I still don't get what they mean by swing the engine mount struts aside. From what you are saying, you remove the bolted down section and nothing swings to the side.

How far does the engine rotate? Is it OK just to remove the air duct or should I remove something else.

Remove the duct, the engine should come forward a good few inches.

What are you servicing?

EGR valve. I thought that maybe rotating the engine would make it easier to get at the back bolt.
