Getting ready to tear into my 1.9 and replace the lifters. Any suggestions/cautions/recommendations from your experience before I do something wrong? :confused: Thanks guys.

Well jumped right in there and it couldn't have been any easier. So easy it was scarey! Now if she goes back together as easy as it came apart, walla! :jerking:

I had #4 cylinder lifter on my 95 LX 1.9 start making a squealing sound. Took it out and could see & feel corrosion on the roller. Replaced it, and all was normal again. As you said it was a pretty straightforward job.
