There is a chirpping sound in the engine, I took it to toy and they said "it must be the idler pulley" and they replaced the water pump.

If they said it was the idler pulley, then why did they replace the water pump??? Go back and insist on a refund (at least the labor) since it is obvious that wasn't the problem and not even what they diagnosed it as.

Sometimes you can listen under the hood where it is coming from. Plus if you have a long stick or metal rod, you can place the end against various components (but away from the spinning and moving parts!) and listen to them closely...the chirping noise will be transmitted through the part and sound louder at the other end of the rod/stick.

If the chirping noise only happens when you accelerate, then it could be a loose accessory belt. Other likely culprits are the A/C clutch, alternator, or power steering pump...my first guess is the alternator, they tend to chirp when the shaft bearings start to go bad.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
