Can i exchange tires p215 70 R16 for p235 70 R16 on rendezvous?

For "tire size" changes on computerized vehicles, I hear its always best to stay under 3% variance. Under 3% variance, the vehicle's computers (like speedo, ABS, Traction Control, Stability Control, etc.) still work ok. Above 3% and these speed sensor items start to "screw up". And, could even be extremely dangerious because its computer thinks its in the spin - but it isn't. Or, sometimes the opposite. re: Vehicle is within a real spin but computer thinks all is still ok. Thus, within computerized vehicles its always best to stay under 3% tire size variance.

Note: P215 to P235 is 4.0% variance. When vehicle speedo shows 60, its actually doing 62.4 MPH. It would be much better to upgrade with P225 rubber instead.
