I am having problem with dashboard lights for my 2005 Camry LE,

the backgroud lights for Air speed control and A/C temp control switches doesn't come on, however it comes on for the Air direction switch.

Does anyone know how to fix the lights, is it a fuse or do I have to replace the bulbs, and does anyone know how to replace the bulbs.
