98 Lumina crank no start

I have a 98 Lumina with a 3.1L in it. I removed intake manifold and replaced gasket for water leak. When I put it back together I have no spark now. Engine will crank but no spark until you let key go back then it gives a spark. I have had ignition module checked at autozone and they say it is good. I have checked several times and made sure every thing I disconnected is hooked back up again. It ran when I pulled it into the garage. Any help where to check next.

Make sure you have 12v to the pink wire at the icm, when the key is on.

Yes, there is 12v at pink wire with key on. I also checked and made sure all fuses are good.

If it ran before keep searching, something occurred during the reassembly.

Make sure that starter is wired correctly, sounds like wire loose or bad solenoid.

How does this affect no spark?

Thanks for the help. I have found my problem. Somehow the icm has taken a shit. Replaced and car runs now. Unfortunatly it has more problems now. Not sure how long it was run with water in the oil. Seems that oil pump is bad and not pumping oil thus starving upper half of motor. Very noisy.
