P2238 on 2004 Camry LE 4-Cyl

I just pulled this code, description "O2 Bank 1, Sensor 1, Positive Current, Circuit Low". Sounds like the upper O2 sensor (on the exhaust manifold) is bad...should I just replace it, or is there something more sinister going on...? The car has 105k miles, fresh oil and new plugs. :shakehead

I think it is time to replace your sensor. Make sure you get a part number from a Toyota dealer parts department to ensure you buy the correct sensor. I suggest a sensor made by DENSO.
