Greasing the suspension parts on a sealed systemBen Jammin 09-21-2010, 02:27 AM such as ball joints etc. The there are no Zerk fittings, can they be installed or do you have top replace the ball joints and other front suspension parts. Airjer_ 09-21-2010, 08:36 AM There is no need to grease a grease less joint or replace it if it is not worn out. There are a few aftermarktet parts that will have no zerks as well although many will have them. jdmccright 09-22-2010, 11:17 AM They are "sealed for life". No grease is needed, but they do wear out eventually. I wouldn't attempt to drill holes to add a zerk fitting. You may end up damaging the ball joint inside. My Cam's got over 240k miles and still on the original joints...so relax and enjoy the ride. Airjer_ 09-22-2010, 11:37 AM yup, its very uncommon to see worn front end parts on a Camry!
