There is no need to grease a grease less joint or replace it if it is not worn out. There are a few aftermarktet parts that will have no zerks as well although many will have them.

They are "sealed for life". No grease is needed, but they do wear out eventually. I wouldn't attempt to drill holes to add a zerk fitting. You may end up damaging the ball joint inside.

My Cam's got over 240k miles and still on the original joints...so relax and enjoy the ride.
