I have a 1998 Venture with 156,000 miles. Just checked the mileage cuz I knew it was time for an oil change. I have nearly 4,000 miles on since the last change and it's just a hair below full on the dip stick. Is this normal for this engine? Literally burning no oil after 156,000 miles? :)

All depends on how it was taken care of in the past. I have a 94 ranger with 110,000 miles and it is the same way, hardly uses oil. I have seen other 94 rangers that can use up to 1 qrt between oil changes (3,000 miles). It 's all about maintenance and a little luck.... :iceslolan
