1999 dodge rattle

maybe someone can help me figure this truck out i have a rattle comeing from what sounds like the front of the engine ,at idle you dont hear it but if u push on the gas the rattle sounds horrible heres what i have done changed water pump, changed tesioner pulley. changed idler pully changed a/c, changed power sterring pump, took off clutch fan and started the truck no change if u take the belt off the truck no noise what could this be please respond with any ideas:runaround::runaround::runaround::runaround:: confused::confused::confused::confused:

Just a thought, have you checked the alternator for noise? you can spin each pulley with the belt off and feel if it has any rough spots in it or makes ny noise while you turn it... Gone through that one myself...
