The 14mm end is what you need most parts stores carry these. Put a little grease on the end to collect any chips.

This is a cheap kit to fix damaged spark plug holes. The picture doesn't show it but they normally have a bar which is tapered you hammer on the end so the plug doesn't leak. EBAY sells kits and many parts stores.
Use grease on the reamer tap to catch shavings. Some kits have a hose that fits on a shop vacuum. Pull the camshaft sensor wire and crank engine to blow out chips. Make sure valves are closed when tapping. Use red silicon on insert threads and anti seize on plug threads. Use 100,000 mile plug in this hole.
Some independent shops do this for around $100.00.
Try Advanced auto for a kit. Be very careful to start the reamer tap properly.
