I have a 96 camry with a 1mz-fe v6 and it blew a spark plug out of the cylinder head. i have put a new thead insert into it and replaced the spark plugs and the engine is still running rough. tried a new coil on that cylinder as well and it stil diddn't help. any ideas on what could be going on would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Do you have the Check Engine light on? If so, what are the codes? If you haven't owned the car since it was new to know better, I'd guess that the spark plug threads were stripped out and not doing much to hold the plug in. The rough running should show up as a trouble code in the computer.
