Looking for First Modification for 2002jalterio 11-05-2001, 07:56 PM Pop Chargers, springs, wheels or exhaust? Is a pop charger worth the money? :bloated: Anyone want to sell me one? Will it fit a 2002 G20? How about teins? Overrated or worth every penny? Thanks G-Forces 11-06-2001, 01:08 PM The POP Charger is a 'fun' mod. You won't get a lot of gains but the sound will make you want to drive harder. :) The TEINS in my opinion are worth every penny for a street setup. howard_w13 11-06-2001, 02:33 PM Originally posted by jalterio Pop Chargers, springs, wheels or exhaust? Thanks IMHO, a JWT POP charger is a great way to start. It will definately come in handy when you put on other engine mods. You may be able to find one in the classified section. As for the suspension, you can search g20.net and se-r.net around to find the setup that you're looking for. :coolguy: :coolguy: kenchan 11-06-2001, 02:56 PM hummm...first thing I did was the TEIN NA's. then the muffler, etc. i think the NA's are okay, they work good for the street. for those street racers, this is probably a must-have item. since I use my G as a commuter (relaxed ride) if I was to do it again, I would set the ride height a perch or two higher than what it cames with. the front full bumps on xpresways humps and dips (i'm using soft springs) unless you stiffen it up quite a bit all around. when stiff, the rebound is (imo) too fast to be considered a comfy ride. if the ride was a little higher, I can soften the ride. too lazy to take the thing apart now though. heheheehe. :p stock sus is much much too soft to be considered a comfy ride. it's a scary wavvvvy ride. too much lateral play. AznVirus 11-06-2001, 08:53 PM id go with a Hotshot Cold Air Intake. then exhaust then headers. :D vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
