how difficult is it to change out the rear strut?
I also noticed a mount broken on my rear sway bar, is this an easy fix or should i consult a mechanic.
so far i have replaced breaks wheel studs w/hub removal and done pads and rotors, all the experience i have.

the rear struts can be changed by a novice DIY'er, but a 4-wheel alignment will be necessary afterward. The rear stabilizer mount is a simple change, other than rust issues you may have to fight with.

yeah when i was under it looked like 2 bolts and a big nut is all that holds them on. i was looking at the new charges and it has 4 holes, this is just so they could be used on several different vehicles? it looks as if the 2 holes do line up.
if this is the wrong strut i am never using advanced auto again.
