can I bypass auto shutdown relay?

I need to know if I can bypass this relay in order to hot-wire my coil. I may have something wrong somewhere in the bypass or fuel pump relay effecting my coil. I also need to know how to by pass the fuel pump relay.

I was able to trace my wiring from my coil to the pcm, but the wires on one side of the coil (the green/red one) splices and runs back into the two relays. It also runs into the fuel rail and to the pcm # 57 (coil/fuel injector/fuel pump). So I don't really know how to check for a short cause it runs everywhere. This wire has pulsing 2.7-3 volts while the fuel pump relay is pluggen in. ( it clicks constantly) If I pull the relay I get a steady 3 volts. Shouldn't this be a constant 12 volt?

The wire on the other side of the coil, the gray one that runs to #19 on the pcm, is a good wire. Diagram says it's coil ground, but it has 12 volts coming from the pcm.

Anyway, I would like to hot wire my fuel pump and see if it will stop clicking with the relay.
Then disconnect the auto shut down relay system by jumper?
Then hot wire the coil with 12 v to the green/red side
then see if my pcm will ground my coil on the gray wire side.

If that don't work I can assume my pcm is bad?
