84 250 318 new alternator still not charging

hi i replaced my alternator cuz it wasnt charging i put a new champining in and its still not charging what can it be? i getting 11.54 volts right now

11.54 is battery v your reading.see if you have voltage at alternator plug.

Quite possibly the voltage regulator is no good.
