I have a 95 eldorado. Sometimes it does not want to start.It keeps turning over but does start after a few trys.Acts like it has a vacum leak to it. Don't know alot about these motors. It acts like it is surging as you drive down the road.Have been at a red light and it has reved up just sitting there. Any ideas......thanks
