I have never heard of it and I could not find such a designation in the 94 Camry service manual. I suggest you download the generation 3 Toyota factory service manual stickied at the top of this forum's home page (it's actually a 94 Camry manual) and look in the body electrical section, section BE. It lists all the fuses and their locations. Look for the system that fuse protects. Here's the link:
