When traveling out of state my 2007 v6 camery blew a giant smoke cloud. I quickly pulled over thinking i blew a tier. I found steal cored tier tred around my wheel. Then came a lot of oil. i checked my oil it was half gone. I called my insurer for a clam and tow as i thought the oil pan was punctured. I had it towed to the dealer. The rest of the oil came out on the tow truck. Question is can it be some other problem. The oil leaked out with engine off. It has not been look at as the dealer and insurance company are playing games. I have extended
warranty. Also the dealer there said that only covers defects in manufacturing.:crying:

I replaced the oil line on my buddy's Avalon, which uses the same engine. You can get the part from Rock Auto. part no. 917023. It's about $14
