My Tacoma truck, 4x4 year 98 keeps burning AM1 fuse whenever I start the engine.

In the past, I replaced starter relay in the fuse box, and the car worked for about a week. Now, the problem happens again.

I also replaced the starter, and this won't help at all.

Please give me your advices. I would bring to the dealer if my car can start.
