Firewall problems

I have a 1992 Civic Sedan. I need to put a wire for my amp through the firewall and I cant find a good place. Where is the best place to put it through?

i'll post a pic later... (its night right now) but i went through my firewall just about 3-4 inches away from the positive lead of the battery. So that would be (for me) on the passenger side...

If you cannot find a rubber groumet in the vicinity of your battery just drill a hole. IT's not that bad just don't puncture your brake booster and you shall be fine. Locate, verify and drill dat bitch.

just look inside your engine bay for wires that are going into the firewall. check the passenger and drivers side, about halfway down the firewall. you can also climb into the footwell on each side and try and see where the wires are coming in from. punch through the rubber grommet when you find it and feed the wires though, simple as that.

there's a hole right above your brake pedal. i have a 93 hatch and that's where i have mine.
