My 2003 s-10 is giving me a code that says my o2 sensor (bank 2 sensor 1)is bad.My question is where is these located and is it easy to get to?I cant seem to find it.Also, how many o2's does this have?Ive read some places saying 3 and some say 4.Also when looking up for o2 senors some say 2 wires,3 wires and 4 wire ones!!!! which one do I order?Thanks....

Codes do not say 02 sensors are bad.

What engine?
What code no?
Bank 2 sensor 1 is first sensor on front of bank 2.
If it does turn out bad order by VIN no and engine and always get direct fit OEM TYPE SENSOR.
Do not even think about the universal wire in ones.

it was p0155 code.

it was p0155 code.

You have a 4.3 then.

That code is a 02 sensor heater circuit code.
Any other codes?
Will code clear and come or not come back?
Any engine running problems?
Check fuse and power to heater circuit and ground and wiring and plugin before throwing 02 sensor at it.
How many miles on it?

yes 4.3 2003 s-10.I can clear code but it will keep coming back and it does idle on the rough side. There are no other codes besides the p0155 one.Now you said to check the fuse? The code tells me whitch o2 sensor it is,so does each o2 sensor have its own fuse?I think if there is only one fuse for all(3) I would get more then one code. But that being said, where would that be located?

The theory of codes for all sensors does not always work out in the real world.
Also have you checked for history or past codes?
You may have codes thaqt you do not even know about.
Fuses will be in the fuse boxes.
Confirm good 12 volts on both sides of all fuse.
If fuse good check wiring and plug-ins to sensor.
