A/C blower not working on highest fan speed.

On 2001 Olds Silhouette GL Van, 115,00 miles. Any ideas what is causing this problem? And if I can fix it myself? Thanks!

You don't ID the vehicle (including the mileage).
Unless you have a worn fan speed switch, the fault may be a bad resistor in the resistor block (which is attached to the blower motor).
