2002 power steering belt

I would like information on how to change the power steering belt in my 02 Tahoe. Is this an easy thing to do by myself? Are there and special tricks to this job? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

remove the air intake snorkel from the throttle body. use a 15mm wrench to rotate the tensioner to take the tension off the belt. Remove the belt from under the idler pulley first. There will be enough slack in the belt to release the tensioner and continue the belt removal. There should be a diagram of the belt routing somewhere under the hood. If there isn't it can help to draw a diagram before you remove the belt.

Make sure you check the A/c compressor belt. It is a separate belt and they are always cracked. Same process only you'll need a 3/8" drive ratchet to rotate the tensioner.
