1993 Dodge Ram Van B250 "Sherrod" Wiring Diagram

I recently purchased a '93 Dodge Ram Van and I am looking to swap out the stereo unit with a CD player. I have a wiring harness from my dodge neon that will fit, but I need to find a wiring diagram for the van so I can change the harness to match. I have a 1993 shop/dealer manual (Not a Chilton's) ordered for this vehicle, but I expect I will be gone out of state before it arrives.

Also, this van had the TV/VCR/2nd radio upgrade for the rear passenger area, are those speakers wired into the in-dash radio as well, or are they completely separate?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
