1991 intergra

Can anyone help with this. I did a motor swap from a B18A1 to a B18B1 using the B18A1's auto tranny flywheel and starter. The starter is not is new for the trans. When I try to crank it over it just spins in the trans without contacting the flywheel. Any help.
