my 04 ram shut off and wont start !

My 04 ram 1500 with the 5.7L hemi shut off on me today at a cruising speed of 10 mph. Its the second time its happened but this time it did not fire back up! its turning over just fine but no start plus the check engine light. any ideas?? At first i thought it might be the fuel pump but i've heard that it would of come to a sputtering halt...it was just a quick shut down. Any input is appreciated. thanks

I can turn my keyswitch On-Off-On-Off-On then look at the odometer for trouble codes.
