1994 Intrepid Stalls at 2 rpm...

I have a 1994 Intrepid that stalls at approx. 2 rpm consistantly. After it stalls if I wait about 5 minutes it will turn over again but then stall out once again at approx. 2 rpm. It will stall just either by actually driving or just revving in park.
The check engine light does not come on and there didn't seem to be any odd noises when I was testing it.
I had stalling issues in the past (it would stall after about an hour of driving consistantly) and I had the crank shaft position sensor replaced which fixed that issue (this was completed about 8 months ago).
This problem started on Friday when I was driving home (in a downpour) and turned a corner and stalled out. The car had been driving fine prior to this, no chugging or anything. I originally thought it may have had something to do with the rain but it's been dry for a couple days now and is still acting up.
On Wednesday last week I had the oil/filter changed and my fluids topped up and the mechanic didn't advise of anything out of the ordinary engine wise. He did mention various parts I would need to replace (Tie Rod, Tie Rod Bushings, Adjuster Sleeves, Quick Struts and Sway Bar Links) but I don't think those can contribute to the stalling issue.
They gave me this maintenance check-up form in which everything was a pass.
Any ideas?

have a vacuum gauge connected to your engine an run it at around 2000 RPM & observe the results. If it hovers around 15 in Hg, you have a restricted exhaust. If that is OK, check your grounds especially around the right frame rail by the crank sensor; make sure they are secure, clean & free of corrosion.
