I have an 87 jimmy that when I turn the right side blinker on the wipers come one time. The blinker lights but does not blink. any ideals.

Most likely a bad ground. With the ignition in the RUN position: Turn the park lights on, and the 4 way flashers: look at each light, front and rear, for one that may be out completely or on very dim. Don't forget to check the side markers too. If you find a bulb out or on dim, check the socket, bulb, and ground wire connection. Ground terminal in the socket should show less than 5 ohms resistance to body ground.
