lose power on window, blower, radio for about 10 seconds after startup

I have a 2003 alero and when I start my car, the radio, blower, windows, a/c won't work. After about 10 seconds, then everything will come on. Sometimes not. Does this sound like a bad ignition switch? If it's a switch, are they hard to replace? Can I get one at a salvage yard?

Sure does. You can check for power at the fuses for those accessories. If there is no power than your on the right track. If I remember right the blower fuse in in the passenger side fuse panel in the end of the dash
