if you read the Faq's here (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t63623.html) you'll have some answers to your questions.
I don't know any online store in Belgium, but there are certainly some stores in Vlaanderen that can gives you Tuning parts.
The other flamish members will certainly give you the stores address.

I think they charge extra to ship overseas, I'm not sure. They have alot of parts for models though. :)
