Lamborghini Diablo

Hey everyone I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a source of information as to what one needs to know about getting started to build a Replica car. I currently have about $5,000 in savings to put toward the build. I can get my hands on blueprints and the files to take to a metal shop so they can cut out needed sheets of metal for the car. I'm 14 and know how to weld and I'm able to shape metal. I was also wondering if a Packard v12 would fit in the engine bay, as I have 3 of them sitting in the garage at my grandparents. And for my final inquiry, is there a class one could take over the summer to gain knowledge of working on cars at age 14? Thanks for helping me out everyone. And I appreciate any suggestions you guys may have.
