I reckon it is a very good replica, for the reasons above, but the interior looks a pretty original design and very authentic.

based on the interior I would say it's real...however I also think the car has been re-painted due to the lack of a neoprean bead between the wheel wells and body

I say it's real.. a LP500 QV ...I've compared pratically everything (even the dash symbols) and all matches, I really can't find anything that differs from the real one. The only thing that still makes me just a bit doubtful is the incription in the window glass.. cause it's a bit unsual to find written stuff on Lambo windows.

Anyway, if it is really a fake, it's a very well made replica!!

Well, it is a really good replica. But I would have to say it was a fake. The rear wing doesn't seem to be mounted in the correct location or is off by just a little, and the rims don't seem correct. There are some other little things buging me about it but for the most part everything seems to be correct.

I'd say its fake for a number of reasons:
-The spoiler doesn't look as angled as a real countach
-Just doesn't look right
-You said you can't show us engine pics
-The a/c vents(or the passenger one) seems a bit too large
-It seems to not sit right
Those are my opinions.

Something doesn't look right, the gaps are inconsistent. The wheels look extremely suspicious. Either it's a kit or a Countach that was crashed and repaired.

What does that mileage say? looks like 318109... if this is true then when did they start making replicas? It would be difficult to get in so many miles so fast on a late 90's replia... :confused:

it´s a replica 100% fake.

taking a close look the rear wing is noright the front bumpre is not the factory one and if i dont mistake the hand break is on the wrong side i have posted pics of countach interiors and the hand break is on the left side!

Having owned a 1987 Countach, same color combo white/red, i can tell you guys that car is certainly real. It is also a 88 1/2 car. Very nice!

FAKE! I had to try to make it dramatic. ;) It is a totally custom made body. I saw it on a site with a bunch of custom Countach and Diablo bodies. Most of them were pretty nice and realistic...

:confused: I saw that same picture on the site that said it was fake. They showed a couple stages in the building product and then all the ones that were posted in this thread... I'm confused, going to try to find that page.

Found the page, and I apoligize for my stupidity. They were showing pictures of that white one to compare it to the fake body... I'm sorry for getting everyone confused. The body that was custom built was a ctually very nice and realistic...

WOW you really showed me!!!! I never would of guessed that was a replica untill i saw the engine!!! My uncle owns a 1987 countach and i have been in it many times and when i saw the interior of this replica I thought i was lookin at a real countach!!!!!! :eek: i would like to say good job to whoever made this wonderful replica!!!! All the badges on the exterior and interior were exact. The only thing i really noticed was the gauges looked a little different. and now that i think about it on the rims there was no lamborghini symbol like on the real countach's. but overall i would love this replica!!!! :)
