1/24 Opel Astra DTM AWESOME is about the only word that I can say about this kit. Brilliant piece of work by Tamiya. All parts fit together very well. The back lights are pre finished in orange and red and snap into the body with no trouble. Nice metal transfers are added to the doors/mirrors and front grill. The opening doors are what really make this kit stand out from all other Tamiya kits. Quite a bit of mucking around getting the hinges to stick on the doors. Superglue is what is needed to give a good strong bond. Kit also needs allot of time spent masking off the body to be painted yellow and white...but a bit of time spent will give a good paint job. Decals are pretty straight forward....just a little bit of extra time and care needed to get the black arrows on each quarter right. 10 OUT 0F 10 TO TAMIYA on this kit Back
